In the tradition of our continuing 'Tips from the Playgroup' we bring you a suggestion to help deal with picky eater from our friend Rochelle.

If your child likes sweet potatoe baby food, this nutritious dish can also be used as a sauce for pasta or to mask the taste of chicken (also try apple sauce). Rochelle has used both sweet potatoe baby food and apple sauce successfully with two children.

We would love to hear your tips as well.

We are excited to present another tip from the playgroup (this time from the great moms waiting outside of dance class).

If you are having trouble getting your child to eat vegetables, try cauliflower puree in scrambled eggs. It is barely detectable and does not change the colour in any way. This was tested by us on a 4-year-old who had liked scrambled eggs, with great success.

As always, we welcome your tips as well.
